Historic Park Avenue (HPA) is dedicated to providing preservation advice and advocacy to not for profit organizations and local government divisions focused on creating and preserving historic districts.

Founded my Michele J. Birnbaum in 2006.

Michele J. Birnbaum was born and raised in New York City and is an entrepreneur with a fine art company she started in 1980 specializing in Modern and Contemporary Art in all Media.

Due to her love and passion for history and landmarks, she began a career of advocacy in 1985.

Specifically, but not exclusively, HPA offers:

Assistance in preparing documents and testimony.

Introductions to likeminded individuals and organizations.

Facilitation of meetings and communications.
